A machine list tells you what the shop owns. What you want to know is whether your part will fit and be cut properly. So the useful question is not the size of one machine on a sheet, but the size of your part. Send us the dimensions and a photo, and we will tell you how we would set it up.

Love working with these guys, and gal. Great customer service and knowledgeable skill base. They have helped with many big projects and have always pulled though when our machines went down.

What does 96 inch OD mean?

OD is outside diameter. Lathes to 96 inch OD means a round part up to 8 feet across can be turned. Large round work such as housings, rings, flanges and hubs is turned on our large lathes. The turning page explains the work in detail.

The processes the shop runs

Each process below has its own page with the work it does and what to send.

How to find out whether your part fits

Measure the overall length, width and height, the largest diameter if the part is round, and note the weight if you know it. Take a photo of the part from two sides. Attach all of it to the quote request, or call (775) 359-5570, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and we will tell you how we would set it up.
