Will you make just one part?

Yes. One-off parts are normal work at Wolf Machine, because prototypes and repair jobs are one-offs by nature, and production runs are on the list too. Private projects are welcome as well as business orders.

Have a drawing, a sample or a broken part? Call (775) 359-5570 or request a quote and attach your drawing or photos.

Some shops only want volume. This one lists prototypes, repair work and production runs together, so a single part and a hundred are both ordinary jobs. How you order a single part is simple.

Why one-off parts are everyday work

A repair is a single part by definition: the one that broke. A prototype is a single part until it is proven. A replacement for a discontinued machine is made once, and then maybe again. The shop's work in prototypes and custom machining is built around that.

If the part later needs to be repeated, the same setup carries over into production runs.

Private projects too

A Google reviewer who builds an ultralight aircraft wrote: "I have used Wolf Machine several times over the past few years for fabricating and repair of parts on my ultralight aircraft. ... the work has always been top notch. These guys are great to deal with. I wouldn't take my projects anywhere else." A one-off project is a normal job.

How to order a single part

Send a drawing, a sample or photos with sizes through the quote request, and say that you need one. Add the material if you know it. Or call (775) 359-5570, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The shop works from specifications, drawings or samples, and will be happy to provide you with a prompt estimate.
